The Vision

Osprey Place is to be the first self-build scheme in Fenland Council, Cambridgeshire. Working closely with Fenland Council Osprey Developments will facilitate the construction of a high quality Custom Build development which will facilitate purpose-built designs and encourage a new and innovative people-led model of homebuilding.

Each house will be built in line with a pre-defined Designs Code which has been created to ensure maximum scope for individuality, whilst ensuring each house at Osprey Place complements each other.

The Site

Osprey Place consists of 32 individual plots available to purchase with full Planning Permissions. The site is on a brownfield site covering 100,000ft2. Each plot has been fully serviced with all required utilities brought to the boundary of each plot with roads, drainage and access currently being completed by the developer.

The beautiful Fenland market town of March in the heart of Cambridgeshire offers a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants, with both independent and high street brands.
